UTAH  MUSEUM

OF NATURAL HISTORY

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, USA

This museum will explore the beginnings of the western region of North America now known as the state of Utah. The new building, designed by Polshek Partnership, will house eight main galleries, themed to explore the creation of the world as told through land, sea, life and sky. Topics are diverse, ranging from past and present human cultures, life from cellular level to complete ecosystems and the formation of amazing geological landscapes such as the Rocky Mountains and the Grand Canyon.

These stories are brought to life through vast artefact displays, media programmes, mechanical and computer interactives designed to be explored and enjoyed by all audiences.
